IPV-2.0 Velcro Straps

Replaced once per month or PRN, the IPV-2.0 with Velcro Straps is a replacement technology for plastic bags used for storing reusable nasal cannula, nebulizers and other respiratory devices. The Velcro Straps allow the IPV-2.0 to securely strap to the bedrail and can be easily moved to various other places such as wheelchairs. The IPV-2.0 is made from breathable moisture wicking material that removes moisture allowing bacteria to die naturally. The IPV-2.0 also has a snap button in the top center to partially close the pouch. The IPV-2.0 is also being used to hold the urine bottle at bedside.

In field trials, the WikiPouch® reduced respiratory infections over 60% compared to the use of plastic bags.
